CircleWizard is very powerful and flexible when it comes to finding the right people you want to manage in any situation. The Filter tool can be used to find people that are in your circles or that you would like to follow. To take full advantage of the CircleWizard Filters you will need to understand some basics.
Looking at the Filter tool, you will immediately notice that there are several sources that can be included in or excluded from the result. The Imported source contains all people that were imported as an engager of a Google+ post, as a community member, or from a file. The Followers source contains the people who are imported or circle members that also follow you back. The All Circles source contains all members of any circle. Then each of your circles are listed as well. The number next to each source tells you how many people are in that source.
You can include any source in the results of the filter by enabling the “in” checkbox on the left. Likewise, can exclude any source by selecting the “not in” checkbox to the right of it.
By default, if multiple sources are included, the members of any of those sources will be displayed (unless they are in a source that is excluded). This behavior can by changed by toggling the switch from any to all. When all is enabled, then people will only be visible if they exist in all of the included sources (and not in any excluded source).
You can sort the result of the filter by changing the sorted by value. Your options for sorting are Date Added (when a person was added to a circle using CircleWizard), Number of Circles (that each person is a member of), Current Location, Name, Email Address, Google+ ID, School, or Work. If you want to sort from Z to A (or largest to smallest), enable the descending option.
After you are finished working with a particular filter you can reset it using the Clear Filter button, which will revert everything to the default.
As you can see, this simple tool can be quite useful and is only limited by your imagination. Here are a few examples of different ways you can use the Filter tool:
1. View all engagers (Imported) who are not following you or already in your circles.
2. Circle members who have not followed you back. Notice that in this example, the result is sorted by Date Added. This allows you to see all the people who haven’t followed you back in the longest time.
3. View all circle members that are following you back. Notice that the switch is toggled to all.
